No-Insurance Policy
The last thing you need when pursuing fertility treatment is to get stuck in a maze of insurance companies, approvals, and long waiting lists.
Pozitivf Fertility has streamlined the process by not accepting insurance* for services performed in-house.
That may sound unusual at first—but it’s the very reason we can move faster and keep costs significantly lower than traditional clinics. However, any blood work sent to an external laboratory may be billed to your insurance by the lab and may be covered under your insurance policy.

Is IVF Covered by Insurance in TX?
Texas is one of 15 states that require insurance plans to include IVF coverage. However, to qualify for treatment, couples must have a five-year history of infertility or specific medical conditions.
Pozitivf Fertility does not accept coverage from insurance plans – this way, we can offer affordable IVF treatment which costs significantly less than facilities which accept insurance. It also means that IVF patients aren’t inconvenienced by sifting through insurance paperwork or figuring out exactly what their plan covers.
