Pozitivf Fertility.
Austin's Newest Choice for
Quality, Affordable Fertility Care

Austin now has a fertility clinic built around clarity: what your care costs, who’s guiding you, and what happens next. From your first consultation through every monitoring visit, you’ll have a dedicated fertility advocate and a bilingual care team in your corner, no referral required. It’s the same straightforward, affordable model Pozitivf has built across Texas, now closer to home.

Where does your care happen?

Consultation, testing, and monitoring: all in Austin.

Your first appointment, your bloodwork, your ultrasounds, your doctor and fertility coaches — all right here in our North Austin office.

Egg retrieval and FET: at our Pozitivf San Antonio lab, about 80 miles down I-35, until the Austin lab opens in early 2027.

For most IVF patients that means two trips to San Antonio over a cycle that typically runs 60 to 90 days. One for the retrieval, one for the FET. Same team, same protocols, same doctors. We’re telling you this up front because you should know it before you book, not after.
