Dr. Francisco Arredondo is a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist with over 20 years of experience and the founder of Pozitivf Fertility, a clinic dedicated to making fertility care more accessible and affordable. He earned his medical degree from Monterrey Institute of Technology and completed his residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center, followed by a fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds a Master of Public Health from Harvard. Previously, he founded Reproductive Medicine Associates of Texas and served as Chief Medical Officer of Prelude/Inception Fertility, overseeing over 50 specialists nationwide. An author and mentor, he wrote MedikalPreneur to guide healthcare professionals in entrepreneurship and advises medical boards and investment firms. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, golf, travel, and mixology.
Dr. Jaye is doubly board certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility, with over 25 years of clinical experience. She earned her medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, and completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology as an Air Force physician at Wilford Hall Medical Center and Brooke Army Medical Center. Dr. Adams went on to complete fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and earn a Master’s of Science in Clinical Investigation at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX; Dr. Adams retired from the US Air Force in 2018, after 22 years of service, and has been practicing as a fertility specialist in San Antonio since that time. Dr. Adams and her husband have three young-adult children (thanks to their own IVF treatment) and enjoy spending time in the Texas Hill Country, hiking, and traveling to new places.
Dr. Tony Anderson is a leading expert in fertility with over 25 years of experience in embryology and assisted reproductive technologies and a founding partner at Pozitivf Fertility. A founding partner of Pozitivf Fertility and director of training at EmbryoDirector, IVF Academy USA, he is pioneering the integration of Toyota Production Systems into fertility care for cost-effective, accessible treatments. Previously, he led embryology labs at Aspire Fertility and Reproductive Medicine Associates of Texas, overseeing compliance and donor egg programs. Holding a Ph.D. from Nova Southeastern University, his research on cryopreservation and preimplantation genetic testing has been widely published. Outside work, he enjoys motorcycles, weightlifting, music, and fishing.
Dr. Mili Thakur is a triple board-certified specialist in reproductive endocrinology, medical genetics, and obstetrics/gynecology with over 20 years of experience. She founded Genome Ally, a telehealth reproductive genetic practice dedicated to proactive genetics and preventing genetic diseases through IVF and preimplantation genetic testing.
Dr. Thakur is an external consultant for Pozitivf Fertility patients with genetic concerns, helping them explore their reproductive options. Through her telemedicine practice at Genome Ally, she supports PGT-M cases and ensures patients have access to comprehensive genetic screening and coordination with PGT labs.
Outside of work, she enjoys longevity research, gardening, and traveling while juggling her role as her kids’ designated driver.
