How we accept insurance

Do you like to deal with insurance companies? We don’t either.

As a general rule, insurance companies tend to make things very complicated. That’s why we only accept insurance for the most commonly covered insurance benefits:

Diagnostic Testing*: (Blood tests, HyFoSy, Saline Ultrasounds, etc.)
Physician Evaluation Appointments. (Where you will get a treatment recommendation)

We accept the following insurance for diagnostic testing:

*Except for semen analysis. We don’t accept insurance for semen analysis.

Insurance is not accepted for the following.

Fertility treatments are typically not covered by insurance. And if they are, insurance companies make you jump through hoops to get the care you need to get the family you want.

This adds unnecessary costs, time and stress.

That’s why we don’t accept insurance for the recommended fertility treatments. The good news is that Pozitivf Fertility’s prices are one of the most affordable in the country, without sacrificing quality and safety.
