Pozitivf Fertility.
El Paso's Newest Choice for
Quality, Affordable Fertility Care
El Paso now has a fertility clinic built around clarity: what your care costs, who’s guiding you, and what happens next. From your first consultation through every monitoring visit, retrieval, and transfer, you’ll have a dedicated fertility advocate and a bilingual care team in your corner, no referral required. It’s the same straightforward, affordable model Pozitivf has built across Texas, now right here in the Sun City.
Where does your care happen?
Everything happens in El Paso: consultation, testing, monitoring, egg retrieval, and embryo transfer.
Your first appointment, your bloodwork, your ultrasounds, your doctor and fertility coaches are all right here at our clinic on South Mesa Hills.
Egg retrieval and FET: also at our El Paso clinic, in our own embryology lab. There is no second city, no road trip, and no handoff between teams.
For most IVF patients, that means one clinic from your first visit through your transfer. Same team, same protocols, same doctors, over a cycle that typically runs 60 to 90 days.

"We're so grateful for the fertility care we received at Pozitivf! After unexplained infertility and failed IUI's at other clinics, we found a much more personal and affordable experience at Pozitivf. Dr. Arredondo, nurse Chris, Brittany, Ophelia, Sabrina, and the entire staff were amazing. We conceived our baby after the first round of IVF, and we're so thankful for their help! If you're looking for fertility care, don't hesitate to choose Pozitivf!"
