Pozitivf Fertility Text Messaging Program
SMS Terms & ConditionsBy providing your phone number and opting in through our website forms, scheduling tools, or in-office sign-up, you consent to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Pozitivf Fertility related to appointment scheduling and reminders, consultation and treatment follow-ups, promotional offers regarding our fertility services, and general account or customer service communications.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us (for example, appointment activity or inquiries). You may receive up to several messages per month.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. Pozitivf Fertility is not responsible for any fees charged by your wireless provider.
Opt-Out: You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send the message “STOP,” we will send you a one-time confirmation message, and you will no longer receive messages from this program. If you would like to rejoin, sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending messages to you again.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Participating carriers include major wireless carriers operating in the United States. Carrier coverage and network availability may affect delivery.
Supported Carriers: T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, and other major U.S. wireless carriers. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: We respect your privacy. Your mobile information and consent to receive text messages will not be shared or sold to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted for the purposes of operating this messaging program. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Eligibility: You must be the account holder or have permission from the account holder of the mobile telephone number to enroll in this program. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate. This messaging program is not intended for, and may not be used by, anyone under the age of 18.
Changes to This Program: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this text messaging program, or these terms, at any time. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
