1. Of all healthy 30- year-old women trying to get pregnant this month, 80% will be unsuccessful.

2. Fertility rates for women ages 20-24 declined by 43% from 1990 to 2019.

3. 30% of infertility cases are attributed to females, 30% are attributed to males, and 30% are attributed to both partners.

4. 12.5% of couples are affected by infertility each year. That's 1 in 8 couples or 6.7 million people each year who have trouble conceiving.

5. Infertility can be overcome with medical treatment in 90% of cases.

6. Fertility rates for women ages 35-39 increased by 67% from 1990 to 2019.

7. 42% of adults in the U.S. say they have used fertility treatments or personally know someone who has.

8. 75% of women affected by recurrent miscarriages will go on to have a successful subsequent pregnancy.

9. 12.2% of women ages 15-49 have used infertility services at some time.

10. The general fertility rate declined by 1% from 2021 to 2022 for females ages 15-44.
